A pay-what-you-can (even FREE!) webinar where you’ll learn how to quiet your inner critic and reignite your passion for playing outside.

You’d love to be getting outside on adventures more. But how longs it been since you’ve done it CONSISTENTLY? Weeks? Months? Don’t tell me years… :O

Maybe work has been hectic. Those chores and errands don’t do themselves! Not to mention all the other obligations that demand your attention. You’d be pretty irresponsible to just run off and go play in the woods, right?…

Are you tired of feeling stuck and frustrated because other “stuff” keeps getting in the way of living the life of passion and adventure that you want?

What if there was another way?

In this webinar you will learn:

  • How to align your passion for adventure with the other important facets of your life (family, career, ect.) so that you will shift from feeling “selfish” or “guilty” for pursuing your passions to seeing the ways you can be an inspiring, joyous, courageous contribution to the ones you love!

  • Why you getting out doing the things you love in the mountains is not only mentally and physically healthier for you but for your friends and loved ones too!

  • A way to move past the worry thoughts, frustration and guilt that get in the way of pursuing your outdoor passions and living the fully satisfying life you envision!

  • A way to bring the clarity and awareness you feel when you’re in the mountains into your daily life and tasks.

“One of the best feelings I had growing up was being completely exhausted at the end of the day after playing outside all day!”

Who:

My name is Bryan. I like to play in the mountains. Skiing, climbing, trail running, mountain biking, basically if it’s outside and it’s “fun” then I’m in! Over the years I have faced the challenge of creating balance in: feeling fulfilled in meaningful work while also making enough money to have some semblance of financial security being a loving, supportive partner all the while trying to find time and energy to pursue my passions in the mountains. It’s a balancing act many of us strive for. After riding the pendulum swing from being broke but having tons of play time, to having the steady job with benefits but little time or energy for fun, I thought, there’s got to be a better way. But, I couldn’t see what that was. This brought me to coaching where I was able to “clear the fog” and see the next steps in my journey to build a life with an abundance of purpose, passion and play.I am a professionally-trained coach through the Academy for Coaching Excellence (ACE), an accredited training program of the International Coach Federation (ICF). The ACE coaching model brings together time-tested wisdom teaching principles with the latest research in neuroscience to help you understand how to best focus on what is most important to you and take meaningful action to bring your vision to life. Please email with any questions! bryandalpescoaching@gmail.com
