What is Coaching?

What is coaching?

Coaching supports you to see what is truly important to you and go beyond any previous stopping points in the way of creating the climbing experience you dream of. It is about creating a powerful partnership with you to help you gain clarity and focus so that you can move past frustrating, unhelpful and overwhelming fear and have fun climbing while pushing your personal limits! It’s time you start climbing the way you know is possible!

Coaching is not therapy. Therapy is about healing and insight; Coaching is about observation, action and thriving!

Am I the right coach for you?

A good fit is important in any relationship and coaching is no different. During your free 45 minute consultation we will see if we “click” and if coaching with me is the right thing for you at this time.

If you have any questions about coaching and whether or not it’s right for you please don’t hesitate to contact me.

My Core Promise:

I support people of any race, ethnicity, religion or gender to be the driver in their life so that they can approach climbing with a childlike openness to possibility. Within this new realm of possibility may you be present, engaged and have a blast while climbing the objectives you dream about!

My training

I am a professionally-trained coach through the Academy for Coaching Excellence (ACE), an accredited training program of the International Coach Federation (ICF). The ACE coaching model brings together time-tested wisdom teaching principles with the latest research in neuroscience to help you understand how to best focus on what is most important to you.

My method

My coaching method is rooted in ontology, the study of being. The ultimate purpose of our sessions together is to create the environment for you to awaken to your true heroic nature and become the climber (and the person) you dream of. This will be done by exploring ancient wisdom teachings, the latest in neuroscience, simple principles, practical tools and ongoing practices. This approach supports you to have long lasting shifts in the way you see and do things.
